Guildoak was formed in 2015 to acquire existing residential properties with development potential.
Since then Guildoak has grown to specialise in identifying development opportunities of a greenfield and brownfield nature, securing planning permissions and maximising the landowners development potential.
Our developments look to include a strong emphasis on placemaking ensuring a legacy is available for future generations.
Being a small family run business we are able to work with landowners taking a more personal approach that larger companies often overlook.

We use our expertise to achieve an uplift in the value of land whether it is brownfield or greenfield and at the same time we remove the financial risk to the landowner.

We are able to provide development consultancy, acquisition and disposal advice to landowners, agents and smaller development companies without the internal resources to undertake the functions themselves.
